Hi, i'm extremely excited that you've chosen MilaMe to provide you with the best services possible! Here are some insights into how you as the customer can make your experience better:

A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT! (A secure check out is offered through Shopify, resulting in a $1.75 taxation fee. Your deposit is deducted from your total and your remaining balance is due in CASH once your service has been completed.

NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE? A 24- hour notice is required. If you are unable to do so within the time frame this will result in a lost deposit.

• Arrive 5 minutes prior to you appoint. Anytime earlier is discouraged unless discussed.
• A 10 minute grace period is offered. After 15 minutes a $20 up-charge will be applied to your services. ANYTHING after 20 minutes will result in a cancellation with no returning deposit.
• No extra guest please! The less distractions the better!
• If your health is a concern at the time you show up to your appointment you will be asked to reschedule (same deposit) to protect the safety and operations of our customers and staff. e.g excessively couching, sneezing, running nose, pinkeye, breakouts, sores, styes etc.

Travel Fee $100 (which is paid upon arrival)

TIPS FOR THE BEST APPLICATION

• Exfoliating and moisturizing the night prior to your service can reduce texture and improve overall outcome
• Groomed eyebrows and mustaches are encouraged so that you receive a clean application as well.
• Show up with a CLEAN face.
